Achieve your athletic potential by:
- Identifying flaws in running form
- Learn easy drills to improve running mechanics
- Optimize your running efficiency and reduce chance of injury
- Improve performance with custom training plans
The Running Institute is proud to offer private and group running form coaching by Ron Warhurst, the former Head Coach at the University of Michigan and USA track and field. Through this rare opportunity, you can now benefit from the expertise previously available to only Olympic and elite athletes!
Unlike other running courses where you may be taught by someone "certified" after completing just a 4-day course, you can learn from someone who has been teaching form running for over 30 years to the highest-level runners in the world.
In your training session, Coach Warhurst will first assess your running form and training goals to optimize your performance. He will then lead you through personalized running drills to improve your efficiency. If you have performed our Running Video Analysis, Coach Warhurst will utilize this information to give you the best possible feedback and training.
